Tamiya Fine Nylon Brush (Men-Sou Brush)
 
If you are a fan of craft scaled-model, you would know this famous Japanese model brand TAMIYA.  Tamiya produces not only intricate models of car, military scale-models, planes, trains, but also great modeling tools.   We have included the Tamiya fine nylon brush in our selection. 
 
"Men-Sou" brush is the name of a type of brush in traditional Japanese watercolor paintings.  The ideal width and length is designed to paint fine facial features like eyes, brows, lips etc..  
 
The Tamiya Men-sou Nylon brush is affordable, well-made and extremely durable.  We added this brush for your "lazy", "quickie", "emergency" moments where setting up maki-e brush seems too hectic.  (It happens some times).  Or as a beginner where you want more practice on detail brush work with an affordable fine brush.  
 
We went through a lot of cheap hobby nylon brushes to finally found this Tamiya brush with ideal size and great price.  
 
Because nylon is more durable than natural-hair brushes, cleaning with turpentine or alcohol is not a problem.
